Carta P., MaxOne - TME (Today Means Everything)

“Today Means Everything” by Carta’ P. (The Obvious Wonder of Adagio!) comes on the heels of his critically acclaimed 2019 solo debut “A Beautiful Mess” with legendary French Hip Hop Producer DJ Parental. This will be the third full length vinyl project released by the hip hop veteran in 2020.

In March 2020 Carta’ P. was part of the Adagio! “NY TO PHILLY” anthology and in July 2020 he will be part of The Starting 5ive Project (The GoodPeople, Horror City, Carta’ P. and Quentin Gilmore).

On this project… the Mount Vernon, NY native continues to solidify himself as a top notch solo artist. He displays superb witty lyrical talent/ wordplay and “adult level” storytelling ability over infectious melodic beats; reminiscent of the 90s Hip Hop Golden Era.

The entire project was produced by Colombian Hip Hop Producer MaxOne and features up and coming emcee Aaqil Ali; who also hails from the talent rich city of Mount Vernon, NY.

Fans who loved “A Beautiful Mess” and the work Carta’ P. has done with Adagio! will love this project as well. The project features 14 tracks with instrumentals. It flourishes due to its 90s Golden Era “boom bap” feel and the creative fluidity of Carta’ P., Aaqil Ali and MaxOne.

The project will be released on limited edition colored vinyl and worldwide digital distribution in July 2020 on Emo Recordings; the same independent label that released all the Adagio! classics from the mid to late 90s.
