Independent hip hop staples Gel Roc, Paris Zax, and D-Styles have teamed up to release a bona fide classic, Loss Control: Buttons, Fades, & Memoirs, representing a convergence of raw lyricism, innovative production, and cutting-edge turntablism.

Accompanied by captivating artwork from Brain A, coupled with specialty vinyl packaging, this release transforms into a stunning work of art. The gatefold features a matte finish that acts as a canvas, while UV spot gloss brings the psychedelic imagery to life, adding texture and enhancing the overall aesthetic. This limited edition 2xLP is now available on Gel Roc’s Bandcamp ahead of its digital release on October 4th across all major streaming platforms.

Loss Control is a deep dive into the collective minds of these three artists, blending Gel Roc’s introspective rhymes with Paris Zax’s atmospheric beats and the razor-sharp scratches of D-Styles. The album also features guest verses from Awol One and Myka 9, as well as vocal appearances by Ariano, Leeny Pearls, and Rain Bisou. It weaves a narrative of personal loss, resilience, and the emotional complexities of navigating life’s challenges. Each track offers listeners a glimpse into the trio’s related hip hop experience, reflected through powerful lyrics and intricate soundscapes.
