Passport Rav - Sand In My Carry On
Musical artist Passport Rav is preparing for his upcoming release “Sand In My Carry On.” Although Rav likes to keep it fly he is also unpacking his thoughts with this. When we take trips we sometimes move so fast that the sand from the last trip is still in our bag for the next trip. This project takes you on a journey with production from Sebb Bash & Wavy Da Ghawd. The hip hop community is back in a very unique way with a lane for 90s era traditional sound. Passport Rav believes the industry needs his voice as not many are doing this style of music with his angle. While a lot of artists are taking the more street/gangster approach in storytelling, Passport Rav is displaying his perspective on songs like “Too Close to The TV” which was premiered on the blog Deeply Rooted hip hop. He takes the approach of showing his vulnerable side with honesty and lyrical ability to match anyone out right now. Rav has gone on a relentless run since the beginning of the pandemic dropping 7 projects in total. With the 8th installment on the way he has now gained the interest of Hip Hop legend LL Cool J, Statik Selektah, The Joe Budden podcast and Complex.
