Verbz, CAPRIISUN, Mr Slipz - Shore Connects

Shore connects is a collaborative album between Verbz Mr Slipz & CAPRIISUN recorded in early February 2020. The album came about spontaneously during CAPRII’s brief stay in the U.K. in which he connected with Verbz and Slipz to play a few shows in Brighton and London. During this period of roughly two weeks, the three of them decided to record an album between the gigs they had planned, which was later titled Shore Connects.

This album was created organically between these three and encompasses a diverse but cohesive sonic palette ranging from energetic boom-bap production reminiscent of golden era hip hop to more subdued lo-fi soundscapes.
Verbz and CAPRII both shine in unison over Slipz’s production, displaying comfort and dexterity in their writing abilities with each verse. The album contains features from notable Yogocop members Benaddict and Nuphzed. As well as Conrad Mundy & Bador fellow London-based rappers.
